Flexible Working for All: Regardless of who or what the flexibility is wanted for; recognise the value that engaged staff bring to the industry.
Equal Parenting Policies: Bring paternity leave policies in line with maternity leave policies and encourage uptake.
Return-ships: Encourage and facilitate those that have left the industry for caring responsibilities, ill health or other reasons, to return.
