Axis has recently run a mentoring pilot scheme involving 14 of our members. This took place over a six month period and we have had some fantastic feedback regarding the scheme. We are now opening this to all our members and we are looking for participants to take part in the scheme which we will be looking to launch in September 2017.
The purpose of the scheme is to allow participants to come together in a supportive way to encourage mutual growth and progression. It is designed to connect professionals in the Aberdeen energy industry to share insights and practical career advice with other Axis members no matter where they are on their career path.
We are currently looking for mentors and mentees to take part in the scheme and will do our best to accommodate all those who are interested in becoming involved. If you would like to take part, please email info@axisnetwork.co.uk by 11 August 2017 and provide your name, contact details, and whether you would like to take part as a mentor or a mentee. Axis will then connect the mentors and mentees and the scheme will start from there.
