Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

AXIS Network is run entirely by volunteers. Individuals who are all passionate about gender equity within the UK energy sector and leverage their own personal lived experiences to bring a considered, holistic view and support to a complex and challenging culture shift.

Our team is made up of core team members and sub-team members. Volunteer expectation is different for both, and we adapt commitment expectations to everyone's personal circumstances throughout their time with us.

Our Story

Founded in 2014 out of Offshore Europe. There has been a lot of growth over the past 10 plus years, expanding from our grass roots days of networking, to a charity focused on creating gender equitable workplaces.
